We travel often. What happens to deliveries?
One WhatsApp message pauses your subscription — same day. Deliveries and billing resume only when you say so. Pausing is a feature, not a favour.
Our family does some rituals differently. Can you match that?
Yes — that's the whole point. Your Pooja Profile starts from a Maharashtrian default and saves your overrides: items removed, items added, quantities changed. We never claim to sell “the correct pooja kit” — we prepare your pooja kit.
What time does delivery reach, exactly?
Before 7:30 AM, every day, hung at your door in a breathable kraft pack. Our internal target is 95%+ on-time; if we're late, you'll hear from us first.
What about festival weeks when flowers get expensive?
Your subscription price doesn't spike. Because we know our subscribers' needs weeks ahead, we procure in advance at committed volumes — that's the entire advantage of a subscription over a shop.
How do payments work?
UPI AutoPay — set up once, cancel anytime. Monthly plans renew monthly; the trial box is a simple one-time UPI payment. No card required.
What if the flowers aren't fresh?
Message us a photo before 10 AM and the next delivery is free — no questions. Freshness is the product; we don't argue about it.
